Nurture Notes is designed for keeping personal moments, milestones, feelings, favorites, and notes close. The Service Provider does not collect, upload, sell, or retain your personal data through normal use of the app.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Nurture Notes mobile application and related services operated by Mateusz Smola (the “Service Provider”). It explains how privacy is handled when you create, edit, search, favorite, or review memories in the app.
Nurture Notes does not require registration and does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal app use. The Service Provider does not build advertising profiles, user accounts, or a cloud archive of your memories.
Titles, notes, dates, categories, feelings, favorites, and similar content are not collected by the Service Provider for storage on external servers. If the app stores this content locally for functionality, it remains on your device unless you remove it.
If you use the app while connected to the internet, ordinary technical protocol data such as a temporary IP address may pass through network infrastructure to establish connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Since the app does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Any external service you intentionally open may have its own privacy practices.
If you enable reminders, notifications are handled by your device to help you remember to add or revisit a memory. The Service Provider does not use notification permissions to build a personal profile about you.
Nurture Notes does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device for tracking or profiling purposes.
The Service Provider does not retain personal data from Nurture Notes on external servers because the app does not collect or upload that data through normal use. There is therefore no server-side personal-data retention period. Any app content stored locally remains under your control on your device.
Because the Service Provider does not keep your Nurture Notes personal data on external servers, there is normally no remote user record to delete. You may remove locally stored memories and app content using any available delete or clear controls, or by uninstalling the app and removing its local storage. If you separately contact the Service Provider and voluntarily provide personal information by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence.
The app is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal app use.
Not collecting personal data on external servers significantly reduces exposure. No technical system is entirely risk-free, so users should still protect their device with appropriate security controls and keep the operating system updated.
This policy may be revised if Nurture Notes changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and publishing the revised policy where it is made available to users.
